I've tried several formulations of glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM over the past few years, sometimes with other ingredients. The ingredients in this product is by far the most complete one and in a tablets form. These seem to be helping with my knees and my elbow. These pills seem to help ease the pain and I have better movement and strength. I will definitely keep taking them.

My shoulders mobility and flexibility are much better with this joint support tablets and the pain I had is basically gone. I slowly regained the shoulders strength I used to have before as well. Great affordable price and the tablets are easy to swallow.

I liked that these were advertised as being for bone and joint health. That why I decided to give up my regular glucosamine that I have taken for the past ten years to give these a try. But after two weeks, I'm going back to my old brand that is a lot more expensive, but worth the cost. These are not coated and are hard to swallow (for me). It also didn't work as well to lubricate these old joints. I was starting to feel my age and so I had to run back to my old brand and will never stray again.
