Pros: Put battery in and it auto turn on. Fan seem to be very sensitive and working as advertise. Cons: Input delayed when pressing button. When press power off, unit no longer turn on when pressing power again, I have to removed battery and installed it again for it to turn on. Pretty much DOA if I can't turn the unit on by pressing power button. I wish this unit work, but with the power problem, I can't recommended this unit to anyone.

Can’t beat it for the price

I fly drones and also do some hiking up some fairly large hillsides. I use the anemometer to check for wind speeds before flying my drones. I also like to check values when getting at the top of the hillsides from my hikes. It is nice to see if there are any heavy wind speeds or other values the the meter can detect. I has a very nice quality build.

Just stopped working after 1 year. We make sure to remove the batteries when not in use and it is stored in its case in a cabinet. When we opened it today, there was a little bit of moisture in it and now it doesn't work.

Got this primarily as a measurement tool for HVAC use, and that anemometer is a bit TOO sensitive. I'm sure it's probably fine, but it does feel a bit like it might be throwing slightly over the top measurements because of that.

This item worked great for about 3 days and then it shuts off randomly, won’t turn on when I hold the power button unless I keep pressing the button over and over and sometimes it will turn on, usually it doesn’t no matter how hard I try. I’ve changed batteries twice now to see if that would help as sometimes batteries go bad, but that didn’t help. I guess you get what you pay for. Which stinks, because I really need this product for my trainings to make sure I can keep my athletes safe.

There is a delay when pushing the different buttons throughout the controls. The most annoying thing is that when you push the “Wind” button to change the units for the wind meter, the units aren’t displayed for the (feet/min, knots, mph). In other words, only the units are shown when on (m/sec, km/hr) but it does not display the units for the rest. So you don’t have a good idea of which units you’re measuring in. The overall accuracy of the device is ok.

It worked but now it doesn`t go on without cycling the battery
