Broke the very first time I used it, but seller made it right
I don’t often give one star reviews but this product truly deserves one. It’s very flimsy, and broke the first time I attempted to unscrew the nozzle from the hoseFirst of all, I have to modify my review for exceptional customer service. The seller contacted me by email and offered to send me a new hose even though I made it clear that I’d already sent back the old one and received a refund. I’ve never received an offer like this on Amazon. So points for that.I did receive the new hose and I did try it out. What I have to say about expanding hoses in general is that they are really great for certain uses- for example if you live in an upstairs apartment and want to water the plants on your balcony, or hose out a cat litter box, diaper pail, etc. But in general, I’m not sure they can take the abuse that’s dished out to an ordinary garden hose. I suspect that’s why I couldn’t find any in my local home improvement store- they just don’t want to give out refunds.Anyway, the new hose the seller sent me works well- I just don’t think it’s quite as sturdily constructed as the other brand of expanding hose that I ordered as a replacement. Also, the other hose, which is in the same price range, has a brass shutoff valve, where this one does not. Otherwise I’d give this hose 5 Stars. I think all of these hoses have to be handled by the brass fittings only when you are putting on sprayers or other attachments or connecting them to a faucet.Again, kudos to the seller for making this right.

I'd buy another, but I can't! Glad I bought one while I could.
I LOVE this hose. And now it's "Currently unavailable." Bummer.I've had a couple of others that have burst on me (literally) and this one is just great. Now, I don't use it all that often, but it's handy when I've planted something and need to water it more often than my irrigation system does.It has brass fittings and a collar of sorts below the fittings so when you attach it to bib and walk away, the collar takes on some of the stress of being pulled. The sprayer works just fine.

UPDATED: Lightweight and easy to use..and great customer service, too!
UPDATE: This hose worked very well for about 3 months, and then sprung a leak. The hose is lightweight and much easier for me to use; and the fittings seem to be well made. However, one of the notations on the outside of the box states "Our hose comes with a burst proof triple layer latex core."; and clearly my experience does not support that statement.I do commend this marketplace vendor on their customer service for the following reason: After emailing the vendor explaining what had happened to the hose I purchased including all the details of the purchase, I promptly received a return email stating they would replace the hose at no cost to me. In addition, I received the replacement hose the very next day - Sunday. Totally unexpected! And, great customer service! In my original review, I gave this product 5 stars. After the hose springing a leak in the middle of watering my plants, I would lower the rating to 3 stars., but their customer service is so good, the rating is now 4 stars! If the replacement hose holds up, I would give it 5. Being in business is not easy, issues occur...it is how those issues are handled that is important. In this case - Really good Job!ORIGINAL REVIEW: i wanted something that was not so heavy to move around the yard and pool area to water my plants, and this certainly does that. The fittings on either end seem well made, sturdy, and easily connect to other fittings as needed. And, no leaking! The one issue I had was with the nozzle not working properly, but the company's great customer service was prompt and fair...so five stars is well deserved. In my opinion if you own a business, things will happen. What is important is how well you take care of those things, and this company did.

THIS IS NOT A 50FT HOSE
I purchased based on reviews and am agitated because this hose is no more than 25 feet at best. Have used other brands and loved them until they failed, but they were 50 feet as advertised. You can try and pull to stretch more, but ultimately the hose will fail. Useless to me in my garden and will end up buying another brand.

The quality of the nozzle sucks.
Excellent hose. Works as advertised. I love it. I just couldn't give the whole product (hose and nozzle) 5 stars because... The nozzle is not that great. Especially on the mist and cone settings. Will definitely be buying a new nozzle. The fabric surrounding the hose is easily prone to coming apart when it gets snagged on some sharp, pointy, or jagged edge. The picture attached was within minutes of testing it out. I don't think it will affect the hose's performance. ...I hope. I consider these issues as minor complaints and have no urge to return the product. I was really just looking for a hose, and not a nozzle.

Favorite Item I have bought on Amazon in the past year.
This hose is nice looking and makes my life so much easier! Be sure to stretch it to it's full length the first time you use it as the instructions indicate. I bought 3 of these hoses and one had a problem with one of the hoses but the I contacted the company via amazon and they were able to help me figure it out. I will be buying this hose for my parents. I even left the box out in my guest room so I remember to show my houseguests my cool new hose.

Good hose, bad hardware
First off, the nozzle that comes with it is trash - but that was expected. The hose itself is a cool concept. I had a brief freakout moment when I first opened the box to my 50ft hose and found that it was closer to 20ft, but realized that it 'expands' when you turn on the water. The bad news is the connecting hardware at either end of the hose. They appear to not have enough thread and, as such, they leak from the bottom of the nozzle depending on the nozzle you connect it to. Of course there is no leak with their own nozzle, but I tried 2 others that are good quality nozzles and both leaked from the bottom. I think if there was 1 or 2 more threads it would be better. I managed to tighten one enough to where the leaking stopped, but that created another problem when I went to unscrew it; the threaded nozzle unscrewed from the connection of the hose (pictured below). Overall: cool concept but poor/cheap hardware. I suspect this wont last long but I'll try and report back if it survives the season.
