So far so good. I just started taking it. I don't like that you have to take 3 pills a day for the full effect. All of the "better for you/whole foods" pills are so expensive, but that isn't singling PaleoBalance out, that's just an observation. It'd be more cost effective if you only had to take one pill a day and got the same amount for the same price. I was taking a whole foods one a day vitamin only pill by New Chapter organics, but since PaleoBalance also offers support specific to eating a diet consisting mostly of meat, I thought I'd give it a try. It's only been a week or two and I haven't noticed any huge differences yet. I do like that it's a whole foods pill and doesn't upset my stomach when I don't eat a lot of food with it like the store bought chemical pills do.

if you have trouble swallowing pills this one is not for you. I do not have trouble and I found it daunting.

So far I am happy with this purchase, but it is difficult to tell after only taking them for a week. The pills are a reasonable size and easy to swallow and do not have a bad taste going downI purchased them because they contain several supplements known to help control BiPolar (Zinc, B6, Folic Acid and inositol) - a family member has a very mild case, not really condusive to taking meds - so we will see how that goes. Im assuming it will take awhile to have any affect, but Im crossing my fingers.

The pills taste awful and leave a lasting taste. I've started chasing them with apple cider vinegar, and that seems to do the trick. Otherwise they're fine.

I swear by these things. I'm always trying to perfect my body chemistry, and many combinations of diet and supplements come and go, but these are the vitamins for me as long as they make them. They are priced amazingly and I just feel better when I'm taking them. They give you all the vitamins you need, as well as a lot of beneficial extracts and whatnot. And they aren't gigantic either! Usually vitamins with this broad of an ingredient list are the size of a small phone.I've taken dozens of vitamins in my day, and these are far and away the best.To the reviews complaining about wheat: this vitamin is intended to give you the vitamins you need that you don't get with a paleo diet, which is necessary. It isn't claiming to be paleo in and of itself. Even if it did, there's a difference between ingesting negligible incidental wheat in a supplement and eating a bread sandwich (unless you have a severe allergy, I guess).

Not quite sure it was worth the $$$ I will review again after I finish the bottle ;0)

Just started taking these about 2 weeks ago. I have to say I do have more energy! Though I'm finding it sometimes hard to go to sleep if I take them too late in the day. Overall love the product!

I'm tight on money so I was looking for a multi that would give me everything in one bottle at a reasonable price. When I found this product on Amazon I was pleased with the large amount of vitamins, minerals and blends compared to other supplement products. They also had a special going, buy one get one free so I tried it out. I'm happy to report that I feel generally better and the big pleasant surprise was the increased energy. They say it on the bottle but I have to admit I was surprised at the result because you don't really expect a multi to give you that. This product was also cheaper than the other brands - good find!
