I want so much to be able to give this 5 stars😔. The cup itself is adorable! There were no washing instructions so I’ve been hand washing. As for the lids. One of them came cracked. It’s obvious they saw it and tried to fix it with super glue or a glue gun. And now the other is starting to crack. I’ve only been using it for a week. So frustrating. Because I love showing it off and telling people where to buy it 😐

This cup was extremely expensive and I got it as a birthday gift for my grandmother. The company emailed me when I placed the order saying they cared so much about the customer and all this. But when I get the product. The lettering is messed up and the heart isn’t even centered! How hard is it to successfully put a design on a cup. I mean seriously, and this has happened to many other people as well. I’m extremely disappointed and I will never shop from this company again. The only reason I gave three starts is because the cup itself is nice.

Looks and feels like a really nice cup. My disappointment was that you can barely read it. The rose gold and the silver pretty much make it a chore to read. I bought this as a gift for a friend if mine who just be ame a grandma. I was so excited until I actually saw it. Thinking about exchanging for a different color. I thought about black so there would be a contrast, but black in not available in the Grandma cup. It is a quality cup by the looks of it, but would think someone in the company would actually LOOK and it and say.. wow not a good color choice, you can't really even read the cup, what could we do to make it better.

I do love the cup, however lid was cracked. Emailed the company for a replacement lid because the cup was fine & never heard back.

Oh man! This was the PERFECT gift for my mother in law for mothers day!! It was bigger than expected but thatz good! Very very sturdy and the print on it looks great! 100% worth the price and she absolutely loves this cup and uses it ALL the time.

Paid extra for shipping even with prime and it was absolutely worth it. Came with all the extras and the print was adorable. Mom loved it and used it right away. Can’t recommend it enough for anyone who wants a useful gift that will still stand out. The only tiny complaint I have is that the box it came in was already starting to fall apart when it got to me. Overall great product and a great price.

I haven't used this as it is a gift but it appears to be well made. The only problem is I ordered black and it is army green. The label on the box says black so I'm glad I opened to check. A bummer but also a hassle!

Love this lil cup! Perfect size for wine or coffee! And the shape of it fits great in my hand but not in my cup holder in my car.
