starchy foods eater perfect fit
I eat one meal a day. Evening. Huge starchy meal of pulses, grains, and tubers. Huge. (aside, why? charge up glycogen store which i then burn thru until next feast) There will be broad range of fibers in that meal including resistant starches. So, that’s me, the author of this review - only a plant food eater with a rhythm of one big starch feeding per day. For me, this is the biggest positive development in a very long time. Everything that I always thought bowel movements were supposed to be and I never had, now everything is fantastic. I can not overdo the 5-stars and thumbs up in this strain for somebody on my dietary regime. Supposedly this is a colonizer; I hope so!

Constipation
This product gave me constipation. I only took 3/4 and they would not let me return it.
