Provides great support for neck. Acts as a perfect traction
I used to opt for traction support every 10-15 days for once. It was a painful job, because we had to handle a lot of stuff and it took a lot of space. When I saw this, I was intrigued, and yes it does act as a traction.When placed the neck, it actually provides a great force of push which helps the neck. As of now, I’m really impressed. A great initiative by the company.

It’s not in same line, one side is higher than other
I didn’t notice initially and checked it after few days returning time was crossed, it’s not in alignment one side cloud is higher and it’s like pretty uncomfortable to use n causing more pain due to alignment, we believe these ppl and buy stuff by thinking great deal it’s actually a SCAM to sell their their default/defective products. It’s sad and bad to see ppl in business using healthcare damaged products to cause more damage to others just to cover their losses, why AMAZON doesn’t check quality? Every time I see same with AMAZON they’re not improving just running behind sales to increase and delivery targets. Truly it’s highly unlikely to see people are playing with others serious health problems for their BENIFITS. Sad

This product is light weight and sturdy. This product solves the cervical issue. My issue is now solved. Do it 10 minutes a day also, will improve the posture. Product was as described

Utter waste ….No magic , very uncomfortable
It is very hard and really uncomfortable. Infact my back pain has increased after using this.Utter wastage of money and space consuming.Nothing as it promises , no miracles .
