I used this to improve my grip whilst rowing (sculling) and combat sweaty palms! If you follow the instructions, there is little to no waste and the chalk lasts well. It smells nice, which isn’t a deal breaker, but is an added bonus. I’ve tried other brands, as well as dry chalk. This is the best I’ve tried. I bought the smallest bottle, which comes with a handy carabiner clip. Good value.

Arrived very promptly. And i used it today for doing deadlifts managed 110kg no bother with help of the bear grip liquid chalk. I would recommend this product a little goes a long way.

This is a game changer for lifting. You need a pea size amount, count to 10 and let it dry and away you go. 1 application lasts me 1-2 sets depending on the amount of reps. Don't hesitate, value for money and a great product

A little goes a long way, I would advise putting a small hole in the seal because you won't need a lot. I use this while wearing gloves using a rowing machine. I used to get calluses even when wearing gloves but this chalk adds better protection. Had no issues so far.

Bought for daughter who pole vaults. Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday, used in competition Sunday. She was impressed, a little went a long way, smelled nice and lasted a long time. In fact her fellow competitors ended up borrowing it so I'll have to invest in a bigger bottle next time.

This is the first liquid chalk I’ve used so I don’t have much to say in terms of comparison to other products.If your looking for something inexpensive to help with your grip slipping then this is ideal. Great for use in commercial gyms as it’s discrete and doesn’t leave any mess on the bar at all.Dries ur hands up really quickly, with a fairly small amount of product, but starts to ware off a bit after about 20-30 mins. You can always just reapply though after a few sets or between exercise when needed.Smell is kind of chemically but quite refreshing. Small bottle comes with a small clip so you can attach to gym bag or keys etc. which is convenient.Overall good value for money.
