It is actually folded card (approx A4 when open) with elastic band. You twist the band, fold card back up - it will make incredible startling combination of vibration and noise when opened, giving the person who opens it a real and very memorable shock. They can then use the joke on others again and again. Great birthday card gift - they won't forget. No batteries required.
