It has re-anchored me to the grass roots of our rich Indian culture. The theory of how our body and soul is connected to nature through our tradition is so beautifully said that even a common man can easily comprehend it. This book is a right answer to the younger generation who question our custom and tradition and seize to understand the mystic science hidden behind it. I am so glad that such a book has been published, which is an eye opener for those who have forgotten our roots and also to those who question it. A must read for every human being to be healthy.
