I would give this diffuser 3 1/2 stars but just because the design makes it little bit harder to open, because it has this round design there is no grip, but that is not this bad, you do have for that a nice decorative diffuser. I use mine in a large room so I go through quite a bit of essential oil. I like the light settings for the night, it looks really cool as the mist gets kind of illuminated by the diffusers colored lights. One fill of water on the lower setting does work for about 8-9 hours.

Worked for a Year and then quit
I bought this for $36 in October 2017 and in August 2018 it started having issues. Here it is the end of November 2018 and it no longer works. I've tried everything to clean it but it just refuses to work properly. Have had issues with this off and on ever since I bought it and I expect that these things should last at least 2 years. I would not recommend if you want something to last longer than 8 months to a year or you don't want to have to fuss with something to make it work. Very unhappy. I will be looking for a different brand soon.

love it really love the lights the only reason i gave it 4 stars is because when you set the timer and it goes off if you are asleep the lights do not go off you have to turn them off separate. Other then that it is perfect.

Very nice, cool colors, works great!
This is nicer than what I expected! It works great, fills the room with scent, and when used in a dark room, like for meditating, it actually lights up the mist coming out of the top with the colors it revolves through. It's easy to set up and use.

LOVE the product but 3 months into using it
LOVE the product but 3 months into using it, the bottom of the lid started to peel and now have cracks. Having a hard time getting a hold of the company to get it replaced since it comes with 12 month worry free replacement.

EASY TO USE AND SO EFFECTIVE
It is so easy to use this diffuser and it is very reliable, it makes it a pleasure to use. I have purchased some that look good but are impossible to open and are unreliable. This one is attractive and while obviously a diffuser, looks modern and interesting enough to fit into any environment. I would definitely purchase another like this it is terrific.

The product worked great in the beginning
The product worked great in the beginning. Large capacity for long lasting diffusing/humidifier effect. Motor stopped working after 4 months which is disappointing. The last diffuser I owned lasted over 2 years until the motor stopped working.

Looks Pretty Lit Up, but Wouldn't Diffuse
Followed instructions exactly as written in manual; didn't diffuse. Returned.
