Super easy to set up. Everything you need is in the kit. I had to modify it a bit to fit my window tracks, but thats expected if you want a perfect fit. Otherwise it will work as is. Great value, fit, and quality. I was quite surprised how sturdy and hwavy thw plastic was, which I was nervous for security reasons, but it is sturdy!

1. You need a hand drill. You might be able to do it with a screwdriver if you are persistent enough idk. I used the drill setting on my dewalt and still had to put a good amount of pressure on the screws to drive them in.2. Make sure you have foil tape, duct tape, heat tape etc. you are going to have gaps.3. The weather stripping provided is not great, pick up a roll or two from your nearest home department store. Do not rely on this stripping to stay in place on the exterior of your home.4. This product is built for maximum compatibility and seems to rely on gravity to hold the plates in place with standard single hung windows. If you have sliding windows some strong, durable tape will make your life easier to secure the plates while installing.Installation was ok, it was a bit confusing connecting the plates. It seems like the way to go is the thicker plates that slot around the smaller and thinner plates are what you want covering the entire void space. So, two thick plates and one connecting plate is ideal.If you can’t do that due to window height, you will need to seal a thinner plate with weather strips and/or tape. There will be large gaps if you have a taller window. I sealed both outdoor and indoor sides on mine, ran out of the good weather stripping and had to use the included weather stripping on the interior.

The quality is good but the thing I have to tell you is on a regular sledding last door. It is short one piece. So that would require you to buy another one or two just close up the hole that’s left. It’s a little disheartening, but the quality is very good. Just be aware.

The media could not be loaded. Super easy to use and set up, built with good quality plastic comes with a seal. Has a clean look.

It will fit if you purchase the upgraded more expensive kit which includes the adaptor fitted hose connector.It will be easier to install if you have a helper to assist pulling the hose into the connector adapter (use pliers to pull hose), up over the plastic “fins” on the inside of the connector.For this high price, this kit should include an exterior hose exhaust vent shield, especially if you dont have window screens, but it does not.Over priced but cheaper than running all over town to all the local hardware stores just to find out they dont sell this type of thing.

Worked very well. The included tape really helps get a good seal. I have not noticed any air leakage with this in place. We actually have been happy with it left in place all the time.I did have to drill a hole for my unit, as it requires a drain. The included exhaust hole is smaller than 6" as others have said. Getting your hose in, and taping the heck out of it has worked well for us though.Happy with the purchase. The material is quite sturdy and durable.

BEWARE OF SIZES. At different points in the listing, the “14cm, 6in” listing has contradictory measurements— it says that the opening is 14cm, 15cm, and/or 6in. The actual item is around 5.5im wide or 13.9cm.The item does seem durable, but beware of potential sizing confusion. It comes in 4 parts, with a little bag of screws and the padding.
