I don’t know what I thought this was going to taste like, but it was not what I expected. This tastes like battery acid, so definitely make sure to mix it with something where you will not be able to taste it lol. Fantastic for recovery and fitness performance though, I can feel the difference!

I’m about 30 days into using this and I enjoy it so far! I started with one scoop a day and have built up to 2 rounded scoops about 1 hr before working out. I saw somewhere that 3000mg is the amount needed per day (1 scoop of this is 1000) to see claimed effects so I do take this in conjunction with another supplement that has 1500mg of acetyl l-carnitine (along with some other supplements as well); but I take the other supplement in the morning, hours before this.I take this just before drinking an energy drink as my pre workout. I’ve forgotten this at home before and I do feel like I don’t build as much of a sweat/internal heat without it. I also haven’t noticed any weird/unpleasant side effects at all. I think the value for the money is solid, I appreciate having it in powder form instead of pill form and will most likely continue to purchase.I like to mix this with a vitamin water 0 or some other hydration drink but water does the trick when I’m unable to. It has a slight sour (and mildly salty) taste to it but if you’ve taken supplements before it’s nothing super unpleasant especially compared to some others supplements. Overall would recommend.

I’ve tried it about 3 times and it seems to work. Due to other issues I had stop taking it temporarily.

Has a subtle lemon/citrus taste to it. Gives a good boost of energy. I tried it both on an empty stomach and with eating a light meal like cereal or toast. I feel that it works better with a meal. 8/10 recommended. I also tried their oxyshred pre-workout in the flavor cosmic blast. I prefer that over this product.

This usually is a great product but it came in clumps.When I shook it before opening, I was hoping that it was just the sound of the scooper but after opening this was the result.

I love that this makes me feel good without tasting like crap. I add it to my icy pre workout and it’s like an energy surge just takes over me. I love this product ao much I subscribe so I never run out.

I love this stuff! It last a really long time even though the container is small. No taste at all. I mix it with oxyshred or my pump supplement! I typically use this on my high intensity days.
