ioi Works Sport Exercise Armband for iPhone 5/5S/5C & iPod Touch 5 with Key Holder and More - #1 Hottest Running Sports Bands of 2015!

*Revision 11/26/14 - 4 stars**The vendor is amazing. I received an email shortly after posting the original review, and after correspondence, she offered to refund and send a replacement armband (no need to send back the original). I opted just for the replacement to see if the condensation issue was limited to the specific item I received because I liked it except for that issue. I have been slacking on responding via email, and I have since received a personalized typed and hand signed letter following up and again offering a refund. Again, kick*** customer service.Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your perspective), the Texas heat broke, and it hasn't been as warm here to retest the armband in the same conditions as before. However, now that the weather is cooler, I have not noticed the condensation. I also stopped carrying my cash and ID cards with me as perhaps they contributed to the issue. I cannot yet give it 5 stars until I can retest in the same conditions as before, but in cooler weather, the replacement has been performing well. Once we are back to 80-90F weather, I'll update the review again.**Original Review - 2 stars**I'm glad it has the two armband slots, making it adjustable so both my better half and I can use it. I am very happy with the card/cash spaces. I was able to store my DL, CC, some cash, and my car key all within the case with no issues. However, there are two problems that I've run in to. Condensation and fit of the phone in the case.Condensation and moisture builds up on the phone within the case itself. I'm not sure about others, but when I exercise, I listen to music (so the phone of course is 'on' and generates heat), and I sweat. Unfortunately, the armband doesn't vent at all. Every time I have worn it, I remove the phone 30+ minutes later, and the phone has condensation on it. I thought perhaps it was on too tight or that I needed to try without adding cards or cash, but neither variation eliminated the condensation factor. The other issue is that case is too big for my 5s. I'm not sure how, but it doesn't fit snugly, even when it's the only thing in the arm band.The size I could look past, but I cannot have an exercise armband that results in a damp expensive piece of electronic equipment.

UPDATE: I originally posted this as a lower rating. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, I was contacted via email by customer service and offered (1) a full refund and (2) a replacement product free of charge. I am beyond impressed by the level of customer service provided by ioi Works and there is absolutely no risk in ordering this...because if you don't like it, they will fix everything for you immediately! The product is high-quality and stayed on great...just did not exactly fit my purpose of being able to look at my phone while running.Does not comfortably stay on my arm. This may be somewhat related to my arms being disproportionately large but it just irritated my arm when running and I ended up taking it off and holding it as I finished jogging. Those with skinny arms may find it more comfortable - unsure. Mainly, I am doing a running app to build to a 5k and it is nearly impossible to look at the phone while it is adhered to the outside of my arm...to find out how much longer I have to go before I can walk again, etc. This may work for some people's purposes but I used it once and doubt I ever will again. Carrying my phone in one of my hands works better for me than using an armband.

It's sturdy. The velcro part is one of the best I've seen and I've used a lot of arm bands for running. My only complaint is that I have to take off my regular hard phone case, which I haven't had to do in the past with other armbands. Sweat also leaks through so that the back of my iphone is usually a bit wet after a workout. I'm used to this though, as I do sweat a lot and usually have this problem with all armbands. I've found that with others that I could keep my hard case on inside so I didn't have a problem with it as it just got the case wet and not the phone. With this one, I'm a little worried about how this will impact my phone without the hard case as a barrier...

The seams came lose and the glue on the inside used for the card holder also came off leaving sticky glue resin on my cards after the 3rd use.The Customer Service for this product is great! After they found out that I had an issue with the product, they contacted me asking if I would like them to send me a replacement or a refund. I ended up moving on to an iPhone 6s so I no longer needed this arm band. This means I did not try it out again but it might be worth it for you to try it out on your own because if you get a faulty product like i did, they are willing to work with you.

Update 06/27/2015*****So I wrote this review a while ago, I feel obliged to rewrite a for this company. The ioi Works representative emailed me the same day, and was deeply concerned about my issue about it not fitting. That was remarkable customer service. And also, about the product not fitting, I had it on wrong, or rather on the wrong slot, which was on A. It should of been on B. This is great product. Please buy it!!***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************Well this band does not fit over my arm, it only goes to my forearm, it would be perfect if it was adjustable, but it does not have the option, it is a get what you get situation, I believe they had young women that weight 120 lbs to be their focus.

the sleeve for the Iphone is too small with a case on your phone and even after removing the case to slide the phone in it is very tight, also, the plastic over the screen is not as sensitive as needed to easily change tracks etc.After my feedback the company was quick to make it right with me. They have excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make this product work by sending a different one that seemed to fit my phone better.
