I bought 2 watches (one for each child) and the battery of one is not good (dead in less than 24 hours) whereas the other keep at least 48 hours.I requested to send another one (at the time of writing this review I have not received a replacement yet).It is a basic phone/watch that does what it needs to do. It's not really plug 'n play though but there are some good reviews that help what you need to focus on and how you need to change settings (by sending the correct SMS txt message).All in all it's OK

Mine came defective of box. Sim card won't stay inside tray and bulges out and cannot close door. Returning it back to Amazon for refund.
