Sizing is as follows: **I make each collar according to neck circumference. The collar will fit nicely, 1/2" after the measurement you give me. Please do not put any fingers between the tape measure and your baby's neck when you measure because that will cause the collar I send you to be too large. XXS fits 4" through 6" snug neck circumference XS fits 5-1/2" through 7" snug neck circumference S fits 8 through 10 snug neck circumference M fits 9" through 11" snug neck circumference ML fits 10-1/2" through 12" snug neck circumference These collars cannot be made into a cat "safety" collar due to the way the buckle is made.
