the clock doesn't work at all !!!

The item is cute but very small. I ordered the largest size and as you can see it’s not as big as advertised in the picture

Luckily my son knew how to fix the arms on the clock because it didn’t work at first. He said they were installed upside down or something to that nature.

The metalwork is nice with the edges smooth so no sharp edges. The metalwork is heavy and sturdy. The clock, however, is flimsy. The face of the clock which is glued on almost came off during clean up. The hands of the clock have to be pushed in and pulled out to be aligned right. Otherwise, the second hand kept getting stuck on the minute hand.. It uses one AA battery and is relatively quiet with a smooth spin of the hands after being manipulated into position.. The metalwork cut up the styrofoam packing which leaves a mess after opening the package. You have to brush off the many bits and pieces of styrofoam from the front and back of the clock. It is overpriced at almost a hundred dollars given the time it took to get the hands of the clock aligned and the styrofoam clean up.

The clock hands were slightly bent, but were bent back into place easily. The style is very pretty.

This wall clock is very nice looking with a substantial frame that should be good for a long while. However, the packaging was terrible and of all things the face of the clock was left exposed, uncovered in shipping and sure enough, the hands are bent and do not work. The Styrofoam type insulation in the shipping box was awful and sent little white pieces flying everywhere. Would not recommend.
