Not as good as Fitbit
Not as good as Fitbit, but also a 1/5th of the cost and it does have a cycle measurement.....the battery only lasts about 2 days

charging issues
I was able to charge it once and then it wouldn’t charge anymore. I returned it

Only good for the time. Heart rate monitor not accurate, does not stay connected to phone.
