Quite labour intensive.
It was a bit difficult to keep the end of the hose in the water (I was trying to drain a broken dishwasher) whilst pumping the water into the sink.I was expecting the flow of water to continue by itself once the water had come through, but it was a manual pumping job all the way through. Still, it did the job it was bought for.
