I have heard quite a bit about cupping but had no idea what it was. I have terrible back pain and have for many years. I hate the pains meds as they make me like a zombie so normally just work and live through the pain.These are silicone plastic pieces that cup your skin. You leave it there a few minutes and then remove and go to the next spot. It really helps with muscle and back pain. There are five cups in various sizes so you can use them anywhere. They come with an instruction manual as well as a cloth bag to keep them in when you are not using them. They are made of silicone and seem to be made well. This is my first set so I have nothing to compare them to though.

Very effective with a comprehensive booklet to walk through how to do it. Takes some practice but well worth it! Love these..good quality!!
