I train Muay Thai every day. I wanted my own personal kick shield for private sessions, exhibitions and training with friends at home.It is very sturdy and looks great.There are many options out there but I felt this is the best value. It is an important part of my gear! Good gear for good training. I just fought and our team won the team tournament trophy. We are always looking for the best, legit gear. I like the curve which helps with kick placement. Kick shields tend to break down easily. This does not. Can’t waot till RDX sponsors our champion fight team. The only thing - minor that I don’t prefe is the raised logo in the center. Rather that be flat but no issue. Has nice straps on the back.

I got what I was after, high quality, high density. Man these things are firm though. It's been months and my martial arts class is still 50/50 on who picks these up, and who grabs the old blown out ones because of the shock that transfers to the holder.The "impact", or maybe penetration is a better word, from a hard kick is basically zero, but your taking the entire kick force on the other side.

Purchased for 8 yr old TKD grandson to practice his kicks and punches. It is light and easy to hold but has good padding to take the strongest hits/kicks. Helped with practicing his most difficult kicks.

This RDX body pad seems well made, but time will tell. We've only had it for a little while and my son practices his kicks on it while I hold it. I wanted to test out the durability on it, so I had the wife hold it. I put all my might in that kick and boy she flew threw the air and hit the living room wall with such force. It's been a week now and she is still sleeping it off where she landed in the living room. Hopefully she wakes up soon, cause I sure am hungry.

We are using this to practice karate at home with our kids during the summer travel months. It’s perfect for working with smaller humans. I would however consider a bigger kick shield with stronger handles if working with adults.

Alcuni acquirenti hanno dato poche stelle lamentandosi della durezza del prodotto.A mio parere è ottimo.Di certo non è morbido come un cuscino su cui dormire, ma è pur sempre un articolo per uno sport da combattimento, non serve a giocare con le barbie. Oltre a offrire un buon impatto, a mio avviso, sempre per questo motivo, garantisce anche una leggera dose di condizionamento durante l'allenamento.
