These cases are well made, fit the game carts and close with a good fit.

Before I bought these cases, I was a little concerned about the product because the reviews were very mixed, and made it seem like I might be getting a bad deal (despite the price, which I still think was fair). So, I would like to use this review to put the "is it worth buying" mystery to bed.These cases are almost identical to my original game boy cartridge cases. They are, admittedly, slightly larger than the size of a cart, but the gap isn't too bad (think 1/8th of an inch, gap is not big). The plastic is slightly different, but obviously they were gonna be different (different companies use different mixes for their plastics). The hinge is fine, and it closes easily.All in all, excellent product. This is a great way to store your games, and if you're reading this because you are considering purchasing the cases, then go for it. I doubt you will be disappointed. :)

Plastic wrapped in a plastic bag in a box. Their just game cases not games- I'm sure they were safe! they will work well and do the job for witch they are intended, but the amount of packaging was a little much.

These turned out to be incredible. They are a little loose for most games I had seemingly but that’s alright with me. These seemed really nice quality and appear to be very protective for casual protection of your game carts. I did have a few that were much more difficult or near impossible to open compared to others. But after some time manually wearing them down they felt like they were much more reasonable to open and close reliably. Even fit the carts with the bubble game text typically found on later stage GameBoy Colour cartridges. Highly recommend these if you can get them for a reasonable price.

I ordered these to keep my Gameboy games protected as they are starting to get more and more valuable and I did not have cases for them yet. They are exactly what I was looking for.

I guess I had too high expectations for these. While the cases do fit and will probably protect the carts just fine, I have an issue with the finer details. The mold seems like it's a copy of a copy of a copy of someone's memory of what the Game Boy game case mold used to look like. The edges don't line up flush (all my cases bow) and there's a lot of extra material around the edges like it needed to be sanded off. Also, the case latch doesn't work properly because of how imprecise the mold is. The latch release is stiff and I find it pretty difficult to pop it back open. I never even thought this was something you could mess up by how old and low tech the design is. That said they are at the very least protecting my games.

I'd been looking into getting cases for my GB/GBC games for a while now since I've only ever had one, and these cases are incredibly nice. They fit the games very snugly and look really good. Sturdy as well which is the best thing I like about these cases. I've gone and ordered more for the remainder of my games, and have spares for games I get in the future as well. I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a good case for your GameBoy games.

I have an extensive Gameboy collection and these are almost as good as my original Nintendo protective cases from the 90’s. Games fit well (even the Gameboy Colour ones with the little bump on the top front of the cartridge design). Cases stay closed and display games perfectly. These do everything you need them to do and more, so don’t hesitate!
