KEYPAD a problem
Not happy with this phone. Too loud and unable to make it quieter. And the worst part is that the dial numbers don't work when asked to do a survey or type in numbers to reply to a question. I have to redial and use my cell phone if I need to use the keypad for anything except making a phone call.
