Musgo Real Soap On A Rope Orange Amber, 6.7 oz

I am writing this review as someone who has used this soap, this particular scent, for over three years. Two problems for me about a product I would have easily given 4 stars a couple years ago. 1. The soap absolutely does not smell the way it used too, spicy, citrus, musty. What just arrived, (first week 2018) smells like, well...fels naptha laundry soap. Where is my loved fragrance? I went back in "My orders" to be sure I didn't order something different. Most of the "smell wonderful" reviews are from 2015-16. This leads me to problem 2. My package from the current seller arrived requiring a signature from my mailperson on customs papers, as it arrived from outside the U.S. Disappointed! FYI You can add me to the list of people who remember that "Soap on a rope" meant you could put it around your neck, not hang it on a hook. Good Luck!

Originally I was skeptical of ordering soap online without having the chance to smell it first, but this soap is fantastic! The smell is so fresh and unique, and the rope is pretty sturdy. The only downside is the price, but it's worth it in my opinion. I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loved it!!

Purchased this as a gift for someone as a joke because they spent last Christmas in prison and it was great. It came super quick and smelled great.

My elderly Mom needs to sit on her bench while showering, so I attached this rope soap at a reachable level for her, making for a more pleasant and safer (no worries about her dropping it) experience. Plus, it has a very pleasing soft, spicy-sweet fragrance.

This is one big bar of soap! The scent is in line with the family of Musgo Real colognes, but a bit stronger. This is a creamy-feeling soap and I like the moisturizing feel it gives. It doesn't seem to match any of the other colognes, but appears distinct. I will keep using it once this bar is gone, but that could be months (yes, I do shower every day!).

This stuff smells like heaven; Musgo Real is the gold standard for men's soap and shaving products. If you're keeping this in the shower, make sure you have a draining soap dish so the bar doesn't get slimy and unusable over the months.

I bought this for my husband but found myself liking the scent and feel of the soap so much that I started using it, too. It leaves my skin soft and lightly fragranced, so I wound up buying two more bars in other scents, too. I just wish it lasted a bit longer.

I miss the long ropes that the soaps used to have!
