Could be a five star but...
I broke my dominant wrist. In a cast 2 months post surgery and will continue in a brace another 4. Have a partial wrist fusion and will have 50% mobility once healed. First off, these utensils are fantastic for learning to use a non dominant (useless ) hand. And I imagine will help my dominant hand once out of my cast. Especially the knife!!! It's very sharp and the curve makes cutting food possible without it or the knife flying across the room!! I'd give 5 stars but the spoon is quite large and I can't use it to eat. Also, water seems to get inside the handles, so they need to be "drained " after the dishwasher. I do highly recommend for anyone that could use assistance holding regular utensils.

durability
The flatware is very beautiful, elegant and different. I have been enjoying. The only problem I've noticed is that something happens to the finish if they stay in water too long. It gets a kind of brass color. Very small. Strange. It returns to the silver once wiped. I hope this never becomes permanent. Other than that they have been wonderful.

Easy Grip - Helps shaky hands
This worked really well for my father who has very shaky hands associated with Multiple Sclerosis. The grip was large enough to make eating a lot easier.
