What are the ingredients listed on the package?

It doesn't say what the ingredients are, anywhere on the package or on the product itself.

After one use, I opened it up again later found that there was crystallization(?) all on the surface of the product. Looks like sugar. Is this normal?

I have seen this also on mine. Not sure why it is but doesn't seem to affect it. You can wash it off or wipe it off.

Can I use this on my makeup brushes? Does it leave any residue or smell that would irritate my skin if I use it for makeup brushes?

I am not a medical person but I would not use this cleaner on makeup brushes. If it takes oil paint out of brushes it must be too strong for delicate skin.. this is just my reasoning.
