Excellent quality so pleased with these pans . You only need a small amount oil to cook with . Which is great for cooking. No sticking with these pans ,and so easy to clean . So pleased with this product. Would highly recommend .

I do love these pans. The only thing is its not actually non stick, its just that when you go to clean them they wash very well, with no residue as new, but does not stop food from sticking.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they lost stickiness after 1 month and went in the bin. Absolute waste of money, avoid!

Purchased these pans as they have no chemicals on the cooking surface. They have a good size selection which makes cooking more efficient. Heat up quickly only downside is you can't put them in the dishwasher. But this is only a very small issue.

Used these pans for frying no oil great products

Don't cook above 'X' temperature, only use certain oils with 'Y' smoke point. I only take these out of the cupboard now if I'm preparing enough to need more than one pan.Food doesn't seem to stick, but as you can only cook on medium heat, how can it. It also takes forever for anything to cook when doing so at such a low temperature.. I won't buy these again.

UPDATE, it seems a few other buyers have had the same issue with these pans and being told they are cooking at high temperatures. These are FRY PANS and it does not state how high or not one should cook with these pans. Honestly insulting when you have been cooking for years. These pans are just not up for the job. We dont cook on high heat all the time and have never had issues with pans in all my 5 years. So the fobbing off by Salter is insulting and I expect a refund.These pans were amazing for the first month and then they have deteriorated quickly. They are really hard to clean and they are now not non stick even though the coating seems to remain. Used according to all the rules and yet, we stopped using, resorting to the old non stick where the coating had come off in parts and that was way better to clean than these. Hugely disappointing as loved the colour and ethos. Had to resort to tough means to clean ie back of a dish brush & gentle scourer but didnt help. Worst pans Ive ever had. Hoping to receive refund or replacement. Perhaps they were a dodgy batch? They have a 10 year guarantee too!

Lost 90% of non stick after a few months despite normal use and careful maintenance. When I contacted Salter they told me it was because the pan had been over heated. I have a middle of the range electric hob. Selling a pan that can't withstand the temperatures it is subjected to during normal cooking seems like a huge oversight. Don't be cheated out of your money.
