a great supplements

These zinc supplements are in the form of medium size capsuls but easy to swallow with no flavour. Bit more pricy than the average zinc that I buy but this is a high strength of 30mg while my usual ones are 25mg. I find Zinc is a must have for me, in addition to the multivitamin, and it is definitely protecting me from flu which is widespread around me within family and friends.
