Picked up two of these - different exterior case colors to tell them apart. My mother's taking a small collection of pills every 6 hours, and they were (initially) all relatively large. This held all of them easily, the individual compartments are easy enough for her to open, the different colors and days make them easy to read/identify (and it's just kind of pretty to look at, which improves her mood), and the outer case is super easy to open and close. I like that I can see how many each day has left, both inside and outside the outer case. Each day is also large enough, it's easy to locate and grab by feel (she's keeping them in a bedside drawer, one day at a time; I switch them daily, the larger collection gets stored in a bathroom drawer). They don't get lost by either size, or translucent lack of color.We've only had them a few weeks, so I can't speak to the plastic's longevity, but for our purposes this has been a terrific find.

My husband is a transplant recipient and has to take his medication timely while also being a busy executive and traveling a lot. This organizer is great. He fills it up every Sunday morning. When he’s in town, he takes a day with him. When he’s out of town he takes the days he knows he will be gone and an extra. Small and easy to pack or put in a coat pocket. Highly recommend. The only reason I had to order a new one was because his bag was stolen from his car that had a day’s worth of meds. The thief was probably disappointed because that’s all he got plus a bunch of empty water bottles!

I really like this pill box. Besides being protected from moisture and the chance of spillage, with the cover that goes over all of the seven days, there’s also the versatility and convenience of being able to take one day of pills out of the box. Also each pocket of pills opens individually, reducing spilling of pills. Each packet is labeled with the day of the week and also the four times of the day. This is the best pill box I have owned.

So why this pill organizer over the scores of others on Amazon? There are some well-thought-out refinements in this case that don’t exist on many other similar cases:1. The double case design is great to prevent spills and humidity damage—common on many similar cases. However, this case has a silicone O ring on the lid that does a better job in preventing water/humidity entry.2. This case has mechanical hinges on the lid and on the latch. Most other cases just use thin plastic foldable links which don’t have nearly the longevity of mechanical hinges.3. The size of the pill bins on this case are exactly right for anyone who takes a normal complement of supplements and a few drugs. Getting the size right means that everything fits, but also that the overall size of the case isn’t excessive. The latter is helpful if/when one travels.4. A pill organizer that includes an outer case and seven small daily inner cases is surprisingly useful. Aside from the double seal benefits, there are any number of times when you may only need to have supplements/pills for a day or two. Way easier/more portable to just take one or two of the daily inner cases.5. Since taking supplements is a routine daily task, it’s easy to mentally be in full automatic mode and not even notice if/when/whether you’ve taken your supplements. Which is true even for those of us who use an app to manage the process 😊. Seeing which pill bins are empty (or not) is a fool proof way to prevent double dosing or zero dosing.This case is better than most others on items 1, 2, and 3 above, and as good as any others on items 4 and 5.

Ours came with no quality, defects or cosmetic issues. It works exactly as hoped. I love that I can pull out a day or two for a weekend trip and not have to bring the whole container. I also like the colored days and the high quality lid clasp. I can't speak for the durability just yet, but for years, I've thought I was destined to replace my med organizer every few months. The lids wear out, the hinges give way, the plastic tabs wear out, etc.. I hope that's a thing of the past with this one, but, it is plastic and I don't expect it to last forever.I've never been fully satisfied with the organizers I've had to buy due to limited selection, but this one is perfect in my opinion and I look forward to getting another one when this one finally wears out, with no hesitation.

I bought this medication organizer for travel after others would open in my bag. Finding all those pills among my clothes was a nuisance. This pack allows me to take the day section out to carry in purse or backpack while leaving the rest in my suitcase. No worries about spill with the flap cover. Love it:

Fabulous product! I bought 2 of these 3 years ago. I broke a hinge on the bar that closes the carrying container. Otherwise, I think these would last forever. I know when I bought them I saw some complained the stickers wore off. I've never used them. One of the things I really like about the product is that it's rainbow colored. As long as you can remember the acronym for the order of the colors ( ROYGBIV Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet), you can tell what day the pill box is. People said they liked the size of the compartments, claiming they could even include vitamins with their regular meds. Yup, I had room for 2 big vitamins plus all the daily meds (and we have a bunch!) I would swear by these. And, this is a good price as well.
