I was going to return this product because it's big and leaves little room for weight plates on a 5-foot bar. However, I like the build quality, so I have decided to purchase a 7-foot bar for my new t-bar row and will use my 5-foot bar for something else. The only negative would be, if used on a smaller, five or probably even a 6-foot bar, it takes much of the bar sleeve, leaving little room to add weight plates. The handle is nearly the length of 2 of my hands. Other than that, it's a good product and a reasonable price.

This item is well made and fits under the leg of my cable crossover machine perfectly well worth the money

Great little tool, made out of pretty thick metal and looks pretty well made. Fits on my barbell very well. Does what is was designed for very well do complaints.

Like this for landmine and TBar rows.Anchoring to the frame of my cage worked well for me.I purchased this from Amazon warehouse so for me value for money but actual purchase price I feel is high.

UPDATE:it’s been a while now, I’ve actually attached it to the bottom of my weight tree, works a charm and keeps it out the way (attached an image). The weight rack has 80kg of bumper weights and then the tree and doesn’t move when doing landmine rows or pushes with 70kg+ on so for the money this thing is great.Added this to my strength shop half rack, great bit of kit for the price and adds a lot more workout options, would recommend for the price as this will fit any rack.

Solid looking, sturdy attachment for both 1 and 2 inch (olympic) bars if you want to add a T-Bar row to your home workouts. Easy to attach to a bench, Smith of other compatible equipment. Great bit of kit.

This is the workout accessory. I didn’t know that I needed! I was browsing online and came across it and being that it was on sale for $15. I thought I’d take a chance. I was a little skeptical that the quality wouldn’t be great, but boy was surprised. It is extremely well-made And heavy duty. I like the gripping on the handles so you don’t have to worry about slipping. It was very easy to attach to my barbell and tighten for security. This landline accessory opens up so many new exercises that I can now do, without hurting my hands!! Totally worth it!

Wanted a V grip for narrow pulldowns or rows, and a landmine that could take both standard and Olympic bars, so it's hard to imagine beating this combo for the price(~1/4 to 1/3 what you'd pay for a name brand landmine alone).The landmine is lightly built, with some slop in the bracket due to loose tolerances-not perfectly square with the piece it screws into(it has to be able to turn from side to side, so can't be tightened all the way down, anyway). This does not impede its use, and people make homemade landmines with a piece of PVC pipe, so the lack of "rock solid" construction is not a practical issue, IMO.There were included anchors for mounting, but mine is attached to a plate tree that uses 2x2" tubing. It could just as easily be screwed to a board. We did "landmine" exercises for decades with the end of a bar just stuck in a corner, so this is more than fine.You can make up any number of goofy exercises for a landmine, though even the more legit ones that get past 45° can be pretty questionable due to the resistance curve, but they're fantastic for rows, and work well for belt squats with a suitable attachment.For anyone who doesn't know, the V grip can be used for t-bar rows(my favorite variation) with no attachments necessary.The V grip itself is actually quite nice, too, with good knurling and welds.I'd have been perfectly satisfied with either piece at this price point, so getting both makes this combo a fantastic bargain.
