I want to love this, I really do, but I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing. It was perfect for my high-bun wearing self and baseball hat wearing fiancé. It sadly just doesn’t work. Pulling towels is like pulling teeth on this cute unit and it’s a mess. (I also murdered my paper towel Fiancé in an effort to make this work. RIP.)I refuse to send this back though - it’s too cute and I’ll find a way to upcycle it. Also, it took forever to ship here and I don’t want to deal with that headache.
