GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY - EASY INSTALLATION - GOOD SELLER
I have just finished installing 3 of the IP68 backup cameras. They are easy to install and the seller is very easy to work with and very accommodating. I chose the wired method for all 3 installations as the reception is very constant and steady. The picture resolution is great. I used the 12V cigarette lighter option so I can have it on at all times while driving. I just added another camera to my 45' motorhome because I wanted to see my tow vehicle from another perspective. Having this new camera also makes it very easy to back into the garage. I believe it will save my marriage! If you are on the fence about adding a backup camera to your vehicle, this is the one to try.

Best Value for the Money
Being a member of the old school (and remember: Old's Cool, I have to say that hard wired beats RF most every time. This unit is modern tech and a proper print. My printer hard is still wired to my usb port. The hard wire is something you can see, touch, and snip. (Opps, not to snip). I have a 2011 LEAF. When I bought it, the only way to get as back up camera was with the one option package, the SL. I chose the SV (sans camera) and now, 8 years later I have hand controls in my car and can't turn my head as freely when I didn't have to hold on with both hands. Plus, I didn't like the look of the factory back up camera. I mounted a piece of scrap wood neatly over the front of the console, over the cup holders I mounted the monitor on this scrap, ran the neat little cable under carpet and panels until I reached the license plate. I mounted the camera on the top of the plate and powered up. The big screen showed excellent detail in daylight, just like the YouTube video. Much better than my Pyle. (Now I know from where that brand name came.) I needed rear vision and this was inexpensive, easy to install without errors, and provides a very good image, better than the Garmin I returned.

Affordable way to prevent an accident
I installed the camera system on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata yesterday. It took around 30 minutes and was pretty straight forward. Here are the steps I took:1) I removed the liner inside my trunk to gain access to the backup light wiring.2) I installed the camera behind my license plate.3) I unscrewed one of the license plate lights just above the camera.4) I drilled a small hole to access the trunk behind the light,5) I ran the wiring from the camera through the hole and screwed the light back in place.6) I ran the wiring through the trunk lid alongside the factory wiring.7) I connected the hot and ground wires to the backup light wires with the clips. (When I tested it the first time, it didn't work so I went back and squeezed the clips again with pliers to ensure a good connection and that fixed the problem.)8) I plugged in the monitor using the cigarette light adapter.9) I started my car and put it in reverse and the image appeared in less than a second.10) I replaced the liner in the trunk lid and adjusted the camera for my preferred angle.I did adjust the backup lines on the monitor slightly, but I was very pleased with the image quality and response time from when I put the car in reverse. Luckily the Sonata has a backup light in the trunk so my installation application was pretty easy, but even if you have to run the wires to a backup light on the side, it shouldn't take much longer to run the wiring.I've seen other reviews complaining this isn't a "wireless" system. While there is some wiring involved, you don't have to run a wire from the back of the car to the passenger area for the camera. That's what makes this a wireless system. There was another wired system on Amazon with good reviews, but for $10 more, I'll save myself the headache of not having to remove a bunch of trim pieces and at least an hour or more work to have a wireless signal.Obviously I can't speak to the longevity of the product since I've only had it installed for a day, but I did run some errands after installation and was happy to finally see when backing out of a parking spot. I'm hoping this product will last for quite a while, but at less than $50, I'm pleased with what I received.

Wow. Highly recommend
For the price I was just expecting a very basic low quality camera/display. This is actually a great product though. It only took me 5 minutes to hook up the 2 wires then I plugged the display into the cigarette outlet and just like that the camera was coming through. I didn't have to pair it up or anything. So easy! At first the display would be fuzzy for a second or 2 then I realized I just didn't have them connected tight enough. Now it's clearer than the ones my friends have built in to their cars. It comes with an assortment of wires which scared me but all I needed to do was connect 1 wire to the frame of my truck and the other wire spliced into the reverse light. Not sure what the other wires are for. Maybe other cars need them. It also comes with a great magnetic windshield mount. Like really great. I put a metal washer in my phone case so when I'm not using my display I put my phone there. This is well worth it if you need a super easy to install quality camera. I can't wait to get one for the front. (The pamphlet that came with it says you can choose a free gift out of three choices. One of the choices is another camera! It's just the camera. None of the other stuff, but still. I wasn't expecting it. I'm still skeptical I'll get it but I was really surprised by the product so far so if another camera shows up awesome. Either way I'll buy another for myself or my sister). If you need a parking camera get this one

Great camera for the price
This camera said it’s for cars only not pick ups because the wireless signal has to travel farther. I didn’t register that when I purchased it. Even though, I installed this on a Chevy Silverado. I still get a constant signal so it works for me.Install was easy. They provide quick splice clips to hook the wires together. Just had to google what wires I needed to splice into.If I had done this before, install time would’ve been 5-10 minutes. With watching videos to make sure I was using the correct wires it took me 30 minutes. Cant beat the price for this item
