This little bag is perfect for the office for neck and shoulder aches. It’s well made with quality material, inside and out, and has a very relaxing scent. It holds the warmth for a long time too! I highly recommend it!

Why I'm docking 2*: I have have a sinus infection so I ordered the Lavender scented version because it said it would arrive earlier Someone described the lavender as terrific and one of their other compresses, someone said it was lovely, so I thought it was lightly scented, but it is PUNGENT. I could smell lavender the moment I took it out of my mailbox, prior to opening my Amazon bag and the product came in a plastic zip bag - so it was double sealed. I used it 2 hours ago and I still smell it on my face.5* for organic materials, seems to be a quality product, and it's affordable. It stayed warm for about 20-30 minutes for me after popping it in the microwave for 30sec twice, mixing the inside in between.I do appreciate this company for making this product. I do love that it's organic and plastic-free (minus the packaging), but the lavender is overwhelming strong. I also wish they would switch to paper packaging from plastic.

I took a chance on buying this product as there was not very many reviews, and it was a little on the pricey side, but I absolutely loved the description of the product enough to chance it and I’m glad I did. It is as beautiful, elegant and comforting as it looks. The fabric is soft on my eyes and doesn’t get hot. The design of the product is great, there’s just the right amount of filling to not too heavy and not too light and the removable interior bag is great. The seams are stitched very well, and the scent is divine. The only flaw against it being an absolute perfect five star is that it is completely a rectangle, and I would prefer it to have a small indent area around the nose, so it could lay more comfortably instead of pressing on the bridge of my nose, and as well, it should be longer as it barely covers the sides of my eyes. My previous eye pillow went down a good half inch at least on each side more so that you felt completely covered. All in all, it’s a great purchase and I don’t at all regret buying it and I love to supporting this small business. Give them a try!
