Update: You can read my initial review below.... However I'd first like to commend what this company did and put it at the top of this review. I had some major complaints about this bag and I even went as far as to give it a 1 star review and to say not to buy it. These are things I honestly don't typically do. I didn't expect, nor did I ask for, anything from the company. I figured it was a dead issue and purchased another bag. To my surprise, I received a notice on my Amazon account shortly after (maybe a week) saying that the company was sorry for my negative experience and they'd be issuing me a FULL REFUND! WOW! I want to say thank you very much, and not that I have bumped the review from 1 star to 3 ( I figured we'd split the difference. Due to this show of good faith, I would absolutely be will to buy more products from this company again in the future. Thanks!The string on the zipper came off on literally the 1st time I used it. After reattaching it & making due for a bit the zipper tracking has now broken after only a few months. The bag will no longer stay zipped at all. When you zip it up the part you just zipped reopens. So annoying. Spend the extra few dollars ahead of time and buy the Speedo duffel bag. I'm going to do that now. I'm almost certain it will be better than this. It certainly won't be worse. All it needs to do is stay closed and keep our stuff in it, which is literally the only purpose of a duffel bag.
