I thought it was strange that whoever wrote the forward never gave their name… which makes me know that the lies spoken of this man as to his death are not true. This man truly loved Jesus and He followed Him and because he really wanted to see people saved and set free,in Jesus name

This is an amazing book every Christian should read. It will set your faith on fire for God and bring you closer to God's rule over your life. A.A Allen does a great job of describing how some of our "pet sins", which may not even be apparent to us, can get in the way of believers manifesting the miracle working power of God. A.A Allen also supports all of his views with scripture. This book is loaded and filled with scripture.. Even if one doesn't believes in the spiritual gifts, this book will be a great reward! Purchase and enjoy!

Editing is sloppy but most books of this era are that way. Eat the hay and spit out the sticks. He died a complete drunk but was used greatly by God. We can all learn many lessons.

A.A. Allen was a man of outstanding character, as the message of the Lord he received and acted on reveals, as described in this book.However, there was some controversy that surrounded his death because at the time the coroner falsified the reason for his death listing it as alcoholism. Before the coroner's death, the coroner revealed the truth to A.A. Allen's granddaughter and cleared A.A.Allen's name. This story is not reported in its entirety in the forward of this book.If you are serious about seeking all the Lord has for you in healing, this book is for you. A.A. Allen was a true disciple of the Lord, a man of outstanding character. He had a deep passion for the Lord and sought him out until the Lord responded to his perseverance and told him the 11 points that every Christian need to know in order to be effective in healing.It is not easy to follow the Lord, but it can be done. We can walk in his footsteps and imitate him. "A disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his Lord" was the first point A.A. Allen made and he proved that with his life and the controversy surrounding his death.The persecution started to come in A.A. Allen's life as he cleared up the sin in his life and was able to heal many people with powerful signs and wonders. Prior to clearing up the sin in his life, his healing was much like most people. Sometimes it worked more effectively than others, but it was not consistently effective.When we walk powerfully in the Lord and really clean up our sin and honor him, opposition will come. We know from Scripture that the Lord will help us and not forsake us no matter what we face (Deut. 31:6, Heb. 13:5, and Isa. 41:10). The Lord avenged A.A. Allen's death through the confession of the coroner to his granddaughter. So he never leaves us and is always protecting us.

This is a staple for any Christian wanting miracles to become "normal". The book's forward however is horrible! It furthers the lie that AA Allen died an alcoholic. The Allen family has since proved this false by exposing a conspiracy that was concocted to ruin his reputation.

It is simple but yet so true to be the one like AA Allen that opened the door, which shows us it can be done. That other option is to follow the crowds and not breakthrough.
