The banner is approximately 28 inches from flag end to end. The letters are *hand-painted* in black and the polka dots are a pumpkin orange. There is plenty of jute twine on either end for easy hanging. The flags are actually sewn onto the jute twine to make it more sturdy than other banners. This is not your average burlap. It is a higher quality burlap than normal burlap.
