I have not been disappointed with a Hylands product and only once I tried a copycat brand that had supposedly the same ingredients, but did not work as well. A few pennies more for quality is well worth it.

I have purchased two bottles of Hyland's #12 Cell Salt for my nails as recommended to me by someone at Whole Body. My nails are very brittle and break, actually split down the middle, and this product seems to have helped. I have not taken it faithfully as directed (3 times a day) but my nails are much better for the first time in years. You put one tablet behind your tongue and let it dissolve which takes about 4-5 seconds; it has no taste. I will update this as I continue to take it.

I really like these! I take them for my teeth and the flavor is not bad at all and they dissolve very quickly. I only wish there was an easy way to get them out since you aren’t supposed to touch them with your hands.

I’ve been using Hyland cell salts for about 4 months and I love the results. I have all of the individual salts, as well as the 12-in-1. I take the individual salts when I am able to pinpoint a particular need. For instance, I take numbers 9 and 12 for allergies: Two pills every 10 minutes & no sneezing, sniffing and coughing-usually need no more than 6 pills, overall. On days I have lots to do, but am a little arthritic ( I’m 60), I may take the 12-in-1: Two pills every ten minutes- usually need no more than 6 pills. They work for me, and I hope they work for you, also. Give them time. Also, read a couple of books on cell/tissue salts. Books are available on Libby, or here, on Amazon. I bought 2 books on Amazon: The Biochemic Prescriber by Prashant S. Shah and The Complete Homeopathy Handbook by Miranda Castro. I’ve also read a few cell/tissue salts books on Libby, through my local library. Do your homework, be persistent, and wait for results. Many blessings!
