This is beautiful and I love that its already sewn into a pillow because quite frankly, I'm not into sewing and would never use a regular latch hook.But the stamp is very very wrong. You need to follow the chart. For one, some areas are stamped as one color and are actually 2. Also, the dimensions if the stamped areas are wrong so you cant just follow the chart on the areas mistakenly stamped as a single color. The stamp is also too high up so if you try to follow it,, the hummingbird's wings basically touch the top of the pillow. Lastly, the top of the pillow is slightly larger than the bottom. So, you have to double up around some of the edges or the whole thing ets thrown off.If you follow the pattern, these things mostly take care of themselves and the rest is an easy adjustment. Unfortunately, I'd already filled in large areas of background color before finding this out and it was a huge hassle.So, get a pen and mark out what youve done on the chart as you go and its very easy. But this is actually a counted-cross stitch style lath hook kit. The stamp isn't followable.

I did this pillow project for a friend for Christmas. What fun! The quality was excellent, the pattern was printed rather poorly but not all that difficult. It made a great gift and was a good way to pass the time on early winter days. I'll be shopping for more of these.12-23-2018Another pillow completed for a 2018 Christmas gift. As another reviewer stated this pattern (the puppy) was a little difficult to follow on the canvas and the printed paper pattern is so small for my old eyes to follow, so I scanned it and blew it up into 3 sections which made it 3 times larger. (see photo) That worked out well for me. Another thing to beware of is the color difference between the photo of the puppy in this ad and the actual colors provided in the kit. The border colors are brown in the photo and mine was green. The tool provided ended up it the trash as it has such a small handle that would be fine for a child. I used my own. Overall it was a fun project and it still gets a five star rating.

The pattern is barely visible on this. Even holding it up to the light, the ink details for where you are suppose to latch is invisible. The bird is the only thing that you can make out. It just looks like a big mess. There is no pattern of flowers or details to crochet. The back of pillow/fabric is filthy. It looks like a truck drove over it right before they mailed it. I paid express delivery for this too. I don't see how this could have 5 stars unless the others didn't come in the shape mine did. Extremely unhappy
