Not a single photo of the recipes
OK, just received it yesterday. Probably my error, but there is not a single photo of any recipe! I dislike that very much. There is not one thing inspiring about cooking something that does not have a photo. They could be great recipes, but not sure how many I will bother with. Sad. If you like food photos, don't waste your money.

Quick & Easy, great for college students
Until corona hit, i was cooking sad gluten free meals like salad and chicken, salad and beef, and salad and those gf fish sticks that taste like cardboard (on fridays). I got this cookbook about two weeks before I had to go home from school where there is delicious home cooking, but during those two weeks, i was cooking up a STORM let me tell you.The blueberry muffins are BOMB. fried rice is good - make sure to use day old rice instead of fresh rice, so you get crispy rice like its actually from a restaraunt.one qualm: i have no idea what kind of timer they used for the cooked carrots, but it must have been in slow motion. i had to cook my carrots for like an hour before they were tender, when in the book it said like ~20 min. Regardless they were delicious and now I love cooked carrots (who'd have thunk).Great cookbook especially if you're bored of salads and poor like college students.

Instant Pot Guidelines: HUGE Plus!
Does it have no pictures? Yeah. It’s not a downside that’s for sure! This is worth more than it’s weight in gold. I just got diagnosed with Celiacs Disease and I’m also allergic to Dairy and Eggs. Under each recipe it has all of the alternates for the common allergens and it also has the instant pot instructions on some of the recipes! Now I won’t struggle anymore with breakfast ideas. Super unique from what I would find on Pinterest. Overall I’m really happy and I would recommend this to anyone who has food allergies and struggles.

My favorite cookbook, and I don’t even avoid gluten!
We got this cookbook when trying to figure out a family member’s food sensitivities. Turns out gluten wasn’t the culprit—BUT I still make at least one of these recipes every week! The recipes tend to be simple with great results. There are vegetarian options, slimmed-down versions of comfort foods, and plenty of easy weeknight meals. My husband says he prefers the Italian Stuffed-Pepper “Pizzas” to actual pizza since it’s just as flavorful but without the carbs. Other family favorites include the Beef Chili, the One-Pot Hamburger Pasta, and Vegan Sloppy Joes. Some people are bothered by the lack of photography on every page. I personally haven’t found this to be a problem, especially since the page layouts are easier to read that way. I haven’t tried any of the baked goods so I can’t comment on those.I find these recipes to be very simple—but I’ve been cooking healthy recipes for many years. I can see there being a bit of a learning curve if you aren’t sure how to handle lentils or make a sauce from scratch—but many of the recipes mentioned above don’t require these things.I’d definitely recommend this cookbook for anyone looking for easy, healthy family meals—whether you’re watching gluten or not.

Easy to understand and yummy recipes
I recently started having health problems involving my G.I. tract that the doctors can't quite figure out; all testing has come back clean, even for Celiac, but eating gluten free seems to help ease my excruciating pain so I decided to order this book to help me learn a whole new way of cooking/ living..I just got it not long ago, so I've only made/ tried a few recipes so far but they're really yummy. The instructions are ready to understand and it makes it easy to know what ingredients you'll need and the time it'll take.I highly recommend!

Great cookbook!
I love over 1/2 of the recipes in this book! The Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Tacos were a huge hit! Best chicken I’ve ever made I was told my everyone in the family! Use this book weekly.

Good Information.
Gluten-free can be daunting and discouraging. So much of what we have been used to is now off limits and label reading is essential.. Not only food, but shampoos, lotions, makeup, and even medications may contain gluten. This book provides guidelines for those who are struggling with the diet. If you like to bake, gluten free is especially challenging and expensive. I have virtually given it up. This book isn't quite a primer on GF baking and I wouldn't make some of the recipes but, still, it's a good reference.

Easy, fast simple meals to make
This is a great cookbook. Having just being diagnosed with Celiac disease I have been on the hunt for cookbooks. This is one of the best I have found. Having little time to cook these recipes were fast and tasty 😋

Wish I’d never bought it!
Not at all impressed with the cookbook, not many illustrations! Wish I’d never bought it now! Completely waste of money! ☹️
