The product is exactly as described and very good

Both hand held ultrasound come charged with an easily understood instruction manual. The units are light weight, easy to manipulate having no electrical cord attached and easy to clean and store in the box provided. The recharge time is fairly rapid with USB connecter plug to socket option. The case with the equipment secured inside is easy to carry and to wipe clean. Pain relief is highly dependent on the individual and reason for use. In my case there has been a reduction in severity of pain.

After breaking my ankle and watching my physio use a wired version of this product on my ankle. I bought this wireless one. I'm certain this product brought my recovery time from 9-12 weeks down to 5 weeks. (Yes with a broken ankle and pulled ligaments) Comes in a case, comes with instructions and comes with gel to get straight into it straight out the box. There are plenty of videos on YouTube to help you use it correctly. But the product gives a nice tingly feeling to the injured area and swelling went down really quickly enabling me to concentrate on recovery exercising more and more each day. If you need to recover quick or reduce swelling I'd recommend this product. Looks exactly the same as my physio's one apart from this one is wireless. Battery in the units lasts multiple times before it needed charging again. Great product, glad I bought it and now I can self manage future injuries

I purchased the kit with both frequencies on the advice of a physio. It arrived 2 days early ... luckily I was in. Each handset was about 50% charged. Topping up to 100% took about an hour. Just enough time to search more info on the net. These are not toys. I understand the need to use the proper gel ... which is supplied. The 3Mhz handset was the tool of choice for my thumb tendons. 8 minutes on the lowest setting and the pain reduction was about 70% and mobility vastly improved ... on one treatment. I have high hopes. Knees and ankles next. I've seen some of complaints about power output. None of then seemed to say whether treatment worked. Little and often seems to make sense to me.... Top tip: don't get old and/or injured.

Easy to set up and use product. Two different frequencies, 1Mhz and 3Mhz, the physics dictate that the higher the frequency, the lower the penetration, and the literature suggests up to 2.5cm for the 3Mhz device, and 7.5cm for the 1Mhz device. Also ultrasound gel is essential to ensure sound transmission from the device to the affected area. Very difficult to assess its affect as Ultrasound is not used as an immediate pain relief, instead it is intended to help stimulate recovery. So far, no unwanted or detrimental effects and the areas I've used it on seem to be recovering. Whether that is due to the ultrasound or time, it's hard to tell, but certainly no ill effects have been experienced so far. Once charged, devices run for at least 4 cycles of 1 mins at full power and recharge in about an hour. Handy case protects and keeps everything together.

Hace unos años había tenido el mismo aparato de 1mhz por una tendinitis en el supraespinoso y al acabar el tratamiento lo vendí, más que nada por saturación del proceso. Iba en un maletín semirígido muy protegido y me fue estupendamente, de verdad que funciona. Ahora tengo una tendinitis en el codo y es la frecuencia de 3mhz la óptima para esta lesión. Solo encontraba aparatos de aplicación estética de baja calidad. Al final he optado por comprar el pack 1+3 mhz, es un precio muy elevado de golpe y lo he pensado mucho pero es que al final es lo que me ayudará a superar la lesión y Med-Fit es de calidad. Bastante más me ha costado el fisioterapeuta y ahora es un dolor residual que me queda pero suficiente para que vuelva a empeorar, así que es una inversión en salud. Como punto negativo es que esta vez no va en maletín semirígido sino en una bolsa de transporte, en mi opinión va mucho menos protegido aún llevando dos aparatos. Incluye bote de gel pequeño rellenable por si hay que llevárselo encima e instrucciones en castellano.
