Looking in my ionic foot bath water, I noticed a huge increase in parasites in it after taking this, of all life stages, confirmed by also seeing them in the toilet.I don’t have an official diagnoses, but they look like blood flukes, which would explain a lot the chronic health issues I’ve had over the years, and why nothing much helps.I will say, I’m taking a lot of this. Like 20 pills a day for a week. The technical dose for parasites would actually be about 40 pills for my weight, but I don’t feel comfortable doing that since it’s not well studied. (This is not a recommendation - please talk to your doctor)Will balance off to 1-2 a day once I stop seeing parasites in my ionic foot bath. I do have to keep an eye on my blood pressure as this alone doesn’t drop it too too much, but in combo of other supplements, it does push me too low. (For me the combo with black seed oil was too much since I don’t have high BP)Hoping long term it helps with my Psoriasis, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and that it will help any future pregnancies be uncomplicated and healthy.Will update if I see any significant changes in those areas. So far, seems to have lowered inflammation in Psoriasis, and helped with a parasite cleanse.

Having experience as a backyard bee-keeper, I know how beneficial these hive-born compounds can be. I suffer from allergies, quite severe at times, and I am not sure if this helps with that but I just assume anything bee related (and therefore pollen/allergen related) couldn’t hurt for prophylaxis as well as being a uniquely nutrient dense substance. There is a reason this has been treasured by human civilizations for millennia, so why not get my hands on as much superfood as I can. I can’t say I can notice the effects of this after taking for two weeks, but I did not experience any side-effects and the quality appears good (fresh, genuine propolis color/smell).

this is a great product. bee propolis is amazing---antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antioxidant, immune system support, to name just a few of the benefits.The Double Woods Propolis is pure propolis (plus the veggie capsules), and standardized to 5% flavonoids, so it is high potency.I am taking 2 capsules a day, and if I feel a cold or any symptoms coming on, I up it to 3 or 4. (More than four is not recommended.)

I liked that there were only the 2 ingredients. Got what I ordered and satisfied with the product. My only comment is that, no matter how or when I took it, I would get a few awful burps afterward that were extremely unpleasant. Propolis has a strong taste and smell that I just personally don't like, so I understand why it was so unpleasant, but I feel like this issue comes from the capsules used and not any issue with the propolis itself. I use capsules all the time and have never had this issue until I just tried a new brand of capsules for one of my supplements, and it seems to do the same thing to me - awful burps/slight heartburn feeling for maybe 10 minutes afterwards, and the only thing I changed was the capsules themselves. But all this doesn't seem to have any bearing on the effectiveness of this product. Just wanted to share in case anyone else experienced this. I would order this again

I’ve had an antibiotic resistant UTI, enterococcus Faecalis, for months. Tried 4 antibiotics and numerous supplements. This Propolis taken twice a day, 1000mg, is the only thing to take down my bladder swelling and frequency. It’s a God send. Been on it for 3 weeks. I’m not sure how long I need to take before I eradicate my UTI completely, but willing to keep taking it. It causes me very hard stool, so taking miralax with it. so grateful for it! I’m also taking NAC and monolaurin with it, but this is what’s helped the most.

This is an excellent price for this product. Bee Propolis and Bee Pollen are a standby at our house, especially in the winter when we are trying to build our immunities. If I feel my system is getting compromised I take extra and it seems to keep me strong.

I ordered this because I read up on it and liked that propolis may help with respiratory issues and an anti-inflammatory amongst other things. Amazingly I've noticed an improvement in my movement since taking it. Whether due to this or not, I'm also getting better sleep since I've started taking this.

Like someone else mentioned, the bottle has a strong rancid smell like it has clearly acidified and went bad. It doesn’t smell like how bee propolis should smell. The pills also have inconsistent coloring in the crevices like they accumulated growths or something by sitting. I read bee propolis supplements can go bad and can have quality issues with mold. I tried some on an empty stomach and felt a little icky, but I feel like I shouldn’t even have done that. Dumb on my part. Very disappointed with this brand seeing they tout their quality checking on their website- clearly not, and makes me not want to purchase double wood ever again.
