It's value for money but the smoothness and consistency , as very flavour is not as good as other brands

I’ve been using casein for about a decade, but this has a bitter aftertaste even with milk let alone with water

I have to be honest the only way I can tell if this works, is from the fact that there has been no difference in gains from switching to this from muscle tech casein gold. The downside - this is super thick and tastes like porridge (not a down side if you like porridge) For me the texture and taste just doesn’t work so I’ve switched back to muscle tech for now (even tho muscle tech isn’t pure micellar casein), it’s far more palatable to me.

I have been using this casein for a month now and I found that the recovery is pretty good after a heavy workout when taken before bedtime. Now coming to the taste, as it is micellar casein, it actually will be grainy in nature( can't expect a smooth shake like whey protein). However they have done a decent job in giving it a subtle choclate flavour, a very light one.

Casein protein is good in this price range. Pros: Budget friendly Dissolves completely and lump free shake Easy on stomach. Cons: Ziplock bag is not that great. Taste should be improved. I felt its on sweeter side with mild chocolate taste.
