This product did the job very well…however it has lasted only 6 months using it only once a week…it now will not charge…it’s my own fault for buying a product made in China…I am very disappointed….

It broke after a few days

To start, it feels very nice and solid in the hand.I had rf therapy done in one of the local clinics and loved the results.The only problem is, that is quite expensive.I wasn't sure about this product, as it cheaper then a single session- so it seemed to good to be true.I had done a couple of session with the device, and I have to say- that works very similar.It is probably not as strong, but that said, you can do it more often, than once a week in the clinic.I use 6 minutes for each area on my face.Batter life lets me divide my face in 4 areas.Probably would use it longer, but the device will not let you use it while plugged in.All said- I would recommend it.Just go slow- let the treated area warm up and use gel.

Relaxing but no great improvement

Charges easily with USB. Fits into my daily facial routine. Notice improvement after just a few uses.

Got this item and wondering if it supposed to vibrate as in the blue mode it does but not in the red mode… I wrote them this week and there’s not reply from them even if I have waiting more than a couple of days. Might give it back as I am not sure if this is even making any effect.
