I was advised by a 90 year old friend who'd suffered with gout for years to try Cherry capsules, as he swore by them. I'm on my second bottle and so far only one recurrence of gout and it was much less painful then usual, so looks as though his advice was good.

I've waited to be able to assess the effect & find I am taking a great deal fewer ibuprofen. I would say my sleep has improved, which could be a consequence of not being woken so often by painful legs. I'm also starting to think that my memory is quicker, more accurate. Very good value in monetary terms when compared with even the cheapest OTC antiinflamatories, which aren't supposed to be for long term use anyway. A reassuringly big bottle of 6months supply will take a permanent place on my shelf. Thank you, I am indeed grateful to have found, on the suggestion of a friend, a big help to managing this long term leg pain.

Got these to have after workouts, so far so good and seems to be helping with recovery of a shoulder injury too. Will continue with them.

I take these to combat gout. They do appear to work.

Brilliant helping with gout

I can't yet report on any health improvements, but these capsules are very big, and difficult to swallow. I don't normally have much of a problem swallowing most tablets/capsues, but I need a half a glass of water to manage to get these down, and even then they need to be carefully positioned on the back of the tongue to prevent going down widthways - in which case it will need a full glass! Be warned.
