Car Rear Bumper Protector Guard - Anti-Scratch, Non-Slip, 40.9in Black Rubber Accessory

Have a blue one, never recieved red. It was sent back by shipper. Reordered red one looks great.

I have had this on top of my rear bumper for about 2 years now and it is still on strong, there is no lifting on the edges or peeling. This looks just as good as it did the day I put it on. Love it

Guard was tightly rolled when received and the adhesive on the back of the rubber guard had pulled loose in multiple locations creating large voids, large wrinkles, and bubbles which did not allow the guard to lay flat when applied to the bumper even with strong pressure applied. After only a couple of weeks, the rubber guard has separated from the adhesive about 6 inches on both ends but the adhesive is still firmly attached to the bumper. Basically, very poor adhesion of the adhesive to the rubber guard which can only be remedied by completely removing the guard and replacing the adhesive with a different adhesive for more $$.

Used on the rear bumper of a 2012 prius v. It fit perfectly across the bumper. It had a full band of adhesive strip on the back and stuck well. The only issue i had was that ( and i am guessing here) is that due to age the rubber had shrunk a smidge but the adhesive strip on the back did not. Therefore, there were ridges or bumps about every 8 inches where the adhesive strip had doubled over due to the small excess. It isn’t awful or excessive but i did have to roll it down with pressure to get it to where i wasn’t annoyed with it. Overall, the price was good and i am happy with the product.

Fits perfectly in 2022 Honda HRV Sport. Very EZ to install and Very EZ to remove when larger items need to be loaded. Some folks have said that there's a gap between the rear seat backs --- easiest solution is to recline the rear seats. Even without reclining the gap does not allow cargo underneath to be visible from outside the vehicle. Very happy with quality, price and fit/finish. Only thing that would make it better would be if it were hinged such that it would pivot upwards as the tailgate is opened. Seems like a simple pivot point on each side would be possible - not the contraption that requires disassembly and drilling many holes that the Honda cover requires - at a significantly higher price. Should warn of best temperature to apply.Weather to cold. Didn't want to stick. But wasn't that hard to clean off double sided tape with tweezers . May reorder once spring arrives.

The sheet covering the adhesive was fairly loose leaving the adhesive to dry a bit in places.hopefully heat from the sun will give it a little more elasticity.
