Not sure about this product. Each time I take it , I have a headache afterwards Not taking it anymore.

My wife and I like this product since we feel better when taking them and they help our brains function better.

I’m giving these a solid four stars. They’ve helped me balance my ADHD medication and keep my energy levels steady throughout the day. On top of that, I haven’t gotten sick since I started taking them, which is a huge plus. That said, you need to take three capsules daily, so even though the bottle has 90 capsules, it’s only a 30-day supply. Considering the main ingredients, it feels a bit pricey for what it is. Overall, I’m happy with the results and will reorder, but I do wish they were either more affordable or required fewer capsules per dose.

Been taking every day. Haven’t finished the bottle. But I feel great.

If you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn’t recommend this product. I was awake most of the night only taking 1 of the pills. There is no refund or credit on this product so beware

Couldn’t take this product long enough to know if it helps my memory or not. All I could think about was the bloating and gas it created. Took me a couple of weeks to figure out what was causing my GI problems. Stopped taking it and in one day I was back to normal. Dr Amen apparently can’t think below the brain. Very disappointed.

I have been using this product for several years and I believe it really makes a difference!
