Extremely difficult assembly
This shelf is super heavy and sturdy, and it looks great when assembled. But it’s a huge pain to put together. The instructions include an error (parts D and E need to be switched in the diagram) and omit steps to add wooden dowels toward the end. The screws are almost impossible to screw in with hand tools. Two screw heads became so stripped while trying that I was unable to screw them in with hand tools. Even with a power drill it is not easy to get the screws all the way in. I have assembled a lot of flat pack furniture over the years, and this was by far the most taxing.
