Working great
Easy to use, helps me get around. Tips are a bit slick, but the ability to fold them up when I get into my car is great. Plus I’m 6’1” and sick of crutches that are too short

Sturdy
Originally bought for myself. I needed for foot surgery. My boyfriend ended up needing more than I did. He loves these crutches. For me it's hard to get all my weight on the crutch to walk. He just use one as a cane. The strap makes it easy to do chores without needing to put down. They are made high quality. Recommend if you don't have to be completely non weight barring, they work great as a stabilizer.

Great for first time crutch users
Bought these to help with recovery after ankle surgery. I have never used crutches before. These have worked great. Two things I would change, make the arm opening a little bigger (can't wear a heavy sweater or jacket with this). I think you can take off the safety bar but I feel that's important. And last having some cushion on the handles would be nice. Other than that these have worked great for me!

Worked well until...
I'll give it 5 stars for how it served me. BUT... I used them going up stairs and I fell, snapping the elastic. Not sure how to fix it just yet, but I'm still giving it the benefit of doubt.

Not stable
These have by far been the most dangerous pair of elbow crutches I’ve ever used. If it’s not carpet the tips will not stay in place(contact) with the surface. I fell twice and slipped at least a dozen times. No learning curve established so I had no alternative but to return them. It’s a shame because the price was good. I’m going to edit this post and go into Amazon to pass along some that I stumbled across.

Great find!
I have had to use arm crutches for many years now due to medical necessity. I love these. They break down easily. It's great to have them in a small area in my car instead of the ones that won't break down. They are very sturdy. I was concerned about that since they break down. They break down but are still connected by a cord. They pop back in place easily. We'll worth the money!!

Pretty good crutches
I’ve been using the BigAlex Forearm Crutches for Adults for a while now, and overall, I’m really impressed with how well they work. They’re definitely some of the sturdiest crutches I’ve come across, and they’ve given me the support and confidence I need to get around safely. One of the first things I noticed was how solid these crutches feel. They seem super sturdy, which is exactly what I was looking for. Whether I’m navigating uneven terrain or just walking around the house, they provide a strong, reliable base that helps me maintain my balance. However, there are a couple of small downsides I’ve noticed. First, they can be a bit slippery on smooth surfaces. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be mindful of, especially when moving around on tiles or hardwood floors. Second, after using them for a while, they started to squeak a bit. It’s not too loud, but it can be a little annoying, especially if you’re in a quiet environment.Despite these minor issues, I’m really happy with the BigAlex Forearm Crutches. They’ve made a big difference in my mobility, and I trust them to hold up over time. If you’re in need of a sturdy and reliable pair of crutches, these are definitely worth considering.

Couldn’t do without
I couldn’t do anything without these. I started using a cane and had to upgrade to these crutches due to back, hip, and leg pain limiting my mobility. Using these helps lessen the pain. A little awkward to use at first. I bought handle cushions that make these more comfortable to hold when applying weight on handles and better grip. I also bought real rubber tips to replace the “plastic like” ones that came with them. The rubber replacement tips are also wider, which I like.
