Great for Classroom or Homeschool Study
I bought this for my middle school class (group of 6-8th graders). I find that it has everything I need for quizzes, vocab, critical thinking and analysis, and even historical and scientific projects. It even has a range of comprehension questions for less advanced to more advanced students, so it's perfect for multiple grades or even accommodating individual students based on level. I've used other literature study guides from different companies in the past and some have been good but some have been lacking. This one is definitely a good one! Unlike some, it's not full of projects for only a classroom setting, so I think it would be great for independent study (home school) as well.

LIFESAVER
This Instructional guide was an ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER for the 6th grade Reading class I have been teaching. It also has 2 level questions which was helpful for the 5th graders in my 6th grade reading class! THANK YOU!! I hope you have an instructional guide for the next book?!

Appropriate Rigor
I purchased this for use with my fourth and fifth grade academically gifted students. It was appropriately rigorous for them with only a bit of adaptation, and it is delightfully aligned with CCSS for easy lesson plan writing.

Excellent teacher resource
The question require text evidence which is great training for citing work. The students also enjoy the extend information and respond worksheets.

I'm reading this with my 5th grade class. They love it. I was surprised that only 1 girl had already read it. We need to teach kids the great literature.

Good book to analyze literature
These are good exercise to complement our homeschool curriculum. All these instructional books are helpful, some are more advanced and some are easier than the suggested grade. You have to look at the whole book before deciding it will work for your literature curriculum or plan

Misleading analysis.
The story is all about God, creation, evil, and how Jesus (Aslan) by his death rescused mankind. Not a mention of this in this Instructional Guide. What deceit this review presents.
