Pasta was wonderful.
The product was made well it tasted delicious and worked quite well in several different passes with the cream sauces I made. I thought it was thinner than other that I had used before, but I liked it.

I was making pastitsio and needed a larger size hole in the middle. The pasta was good. The presentation was not what I had hoped for.
